Growth strategy & corporate transactions
We help clarify where the company is heading and what game plan will get it there. We build a growth strategy for existing and new markets and also take into account new business opportunities and international expansion.
We carry out business-driven due diligence reviews as well as comprehensive due diligence work together with specialist partners from our network, and we support clients in acquisitions and ownership arrangements.
Sales development
We make growth-driven sales repeatable together with the client’s team. We structure the offering and target segments, refine the sales process and metrics, and build a practical sales playbook together with sales management and the sales team. With the playbook, every salesperson has access to best practices and sales-supporting tools as a natural part of their daily work.
Executing growth
We make sure that the agreed direction and growth plans are translated into daily operations. We help clients utilise technology and systems, support the planning and execution of growth initiatives and participate in the preparation of funding applications and processes, including for example ELY and Business Finland funding. When needed, we also take on a part-time executive role in functions that support growth.
How we work
We do not bring in a ready-made model from outside – we build it together with the client. The involvement of management, experts and the sales team is essential to ensure that the solutions become part of the company’s everyday operations, whether the focus is on growth strategy, sales or the execution of growth.
